Working within a team of 8, this is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and commercially minded individual who thrives on building strong customer relationships and identifying growth opportunities. Key duties as the Account Manager: Proactively undertaking outbound calls daily Responding to customer email enquiries Book appointments for Business Development Managers, ensuring all opportunities are accurately recorded Manage and follow up on customer quotes, liaising with internal teams for pricing, stock, and delivery details Analyse customer accounts to identify opportunities for growth and increased profitability Identify and sell new or existing product opportunities Build and maintain strong client relationships, anticipating needs and resolving issues Stay informed on product availability, industry trends, and customer requirements Handle customer complaints professionally, documenting and communicating resolutions Conduct account reviews with BDMs and Sales Support ..... full job details .....
