In this role,you''llwork as part of a dynamic delivery team, supporting the efficient delivery of resource into different Royal Mail business areas. The role:As an Account Manager, you''ll work closely with key stakeholders within one of our largest and longest standing client accounts, The Royal Mail group. Your role will focus on building and developing strong working relationships with key stakeholders up to Director level within the client group and ensuring that our Delivery Teams achieve the contractually agreed operational service. This role will require you to travel up to 3 days per weekto your sites,as and whenrequired.This role is initially being offered on a9-monthFixed term contract.Key accountabilities:Spending ''face time'' with the client to help build strong working relationships Working closely with our delivery team to support in the achievement of contractually agreed service levels and operational requirements Support with identifying opportunities to grow existing supply Managing the supply chain within the delivery team and external suppliers whererequiredRunning regular review meetings with delivery teams and stakeholders, and producingappropriate MIto analyse and inform decision ..... full job details .....
