Account Manager - Recruitment Agency Location: Banbury, OxfordshireSalary: Up to £35,000 per annumHours: Monday to Friday, 08:00am - 5:00pmContract: Full Time, PermanentAbout the Role We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Account Manager to join our growing recruitment team based in Banbury.This is a predominantly office-based role responsible for managing multiple key client accounts, building strong client relationships, coordinating recruitment activities, and ensuring exceptional service delivery across a diverse workforce.As the primary point of contact for your accounts, you will work closely with clients, candidates, and internal teams to ensure vacancies are filled efficiently, compliance standards are maintained, and clients receive a consistently high-quality service.Key Responsibilities Manage and develop a portfolio of key client accounts.Build strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders.Manage recruitment requirements across multiple client sites.Work closely with recruitment consultants and resourcing teams to ensure vacancies are filled within agreed timescales.Conduct regular service reviews and client meetings.Monitor fulfilment levels, attendance, worker performance, and service delivery.Resolve client and worker queries in a timely and professional manner.Ensure all candidate compliance and right-to-work requirements are completed.Liaise with payroll, compliance, and operations teams to provide seamless customer ..... full job details .....
