We are looking for someone who loves being visible, building real relationships, and driving operational excellence from the ground up.In this role, you will be a permanent Randstad employee, but you''ll be based directly on-site with our client, managing a dedicated white-collar workforce solution for a major Pharma business. Their footprint is vast-you could be walking the floor of a bustling warehouse one day and presenting data to research scientists the next. Because presence and partnership are everything here, you''ll be embedded on-site 4 days a week, keeping your finger on the pulse of the account.While you''ll ideally live within an hour of our main client hubs (Witney, Abingdon, or Maidenhead) to keep your daily commute manageable, you will need a full UK driver''s license.
