ACCOUNT MANAGER Location: PSL Print Management, Preston Salary: to £32.5k subject to experience We''re looking for a motivated Account Manager who thrives on developing strong client partnerships and delivering outstanding service. What you''ll do: Have responsibility for end-to-end account management processes from quotation to order processing and delivery. Build and strengthen relationships with clients Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts. Deliver exceptional customer experiences Drive revenue and support business growth Become a trusted partner to your customers and be their key point of contact Support multiple eCommerce systems and sales channels. What you''ll bring: A proven track record in B2B account management. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A proactive, results-driven approach. A confident manner and a flexible and logical approach to work. Great administration ability efficiency, attention to detail and accuracy. Fantastic organisation skills and the ability to work to deadlines. Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, and e-mail. Experience with multiple eCommerce platforms, marketplaces, and sales channels.
