Account Manager – Production

Job Title: Account Manager- ProductionResponsible to: Head of Account ManagementHours: 40 over a 5 day week Monday to Friday, on occasion 5 days out of 7 Monday to Sunday for specific projects and/or client meetings.Location: Reading, London, HybridThe Role SummaryThe Account Manager for Approved Venues is responsible for handling customer enquiries, quotes, projects, managing and developing relationships with our portfolio of approved venues across London, as well as associated agencies, caterers, and regular event clients. In this client-facing role, you will act as the primary point of contact for venue stakeholders and their client base, ensuring high standards of service delivery while driving commercial opportunities for dandb solutions. You will work collaboratively with internal teams to produce creative, commercially viable event solutions, while maintaining strong brand representation across all venue partnerships.Key Duties and Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with approved venue stakeholders, ensuring mutual growth and strategic alignment.Act as the primary liaison for venue event enquiries, coordinating responses, site visits and solutions efficiently.Maintain proactive communication with agencies, caterers, and other venue partners to identify and convert opportunities.Manage incoming briefs from venues and their clients, obtaining a clear understanding of requirements and expectations.Translate briefs into creative, commercial quotes in line with venue capabilities and client needs.Collaborate with scenic, creative, and production teams to design solutions that reflect the venue’s character and meet budget parameters.Ensure all quoting, invoicing, and financial elements meet financial targets.Identify cross-selling opportunities for additional services and departments within dandb solutions.Maintain brand consistency in all proposals, documentation, and client communications.Monitor event outputs and ensure high-quality creative solutions are presented.Provide market insight from venue interactions to support wider business development strategies.Work with internal teams to ensure event delivery is aligned with both venue and client expectations.Provide venue-specific operational insights (access, restrictions, capabilities) to delivery teams.Ensure all technical, creative, and logistical requirements are accurately communicated and executed.Technical SkillsProven IT skills, including use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access applications and PowerPoint).
