Account Manager (Print) Our client is an award winning, technology driven procurement agency specialising in integrated print, marketing, creative and digital solutions for an impressive client portfolio. Their collaborative team in Wolverhampton are looking for an experience Account Managr to join their team. The Role: Are you a fast-paced, detail-driven Account Manager who thrives on delivering exceptional customer service? Join us and take the lead on key accounts, turning client goals into high quality, commercially successful print and marketing campaigns. What you ll do: • Act as the key link between clients and printers • Translate client objectives into clear, actionable briefs • Manage projects end-to-end from concept to completion • Deliver against SLAs, KPIs, timelines, and budgets • Drive margin, identify growth opportunities, and optimise processes • Build strong stakeholder relationships and champion innovation What we re looking for: • 2+ years experience in Account Management (print essential, POS/large format an advantage) • Strong knowledge of print and production processes • Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects under pressure • Confident communicator with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset • A team player with the drive to own and improve performance • Ability to work onsite in Wolverhampton 3 days a week (after probation)Why join us? • High-impact role with real ownership • Collaborative, supportive team environment • Opportunities ..... full job details .....
