This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused and organised individual with strong communication skills and a proactive approach. The job will become permanent after 13 weeks for the right candidateThe RoleReporting to the Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing client support enquiries, ensuring customer orders are fulfilled correctly and providing a high level of service at all times.You will be a key point of contact for clients, ensuring queries are dealt with efficiently, KPIs and SLAs are met, and all customer interactions are accurately recorded on the CRM system.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure client orders are fulfilled correctly and delivered Right First TimeRespond to initial enquiries promptly, professionally and within agreed SLAsManage client support tickets through to successful resolutionMaintain accurate records of all client interactions on the CRM systemBuild and maintain strong relationships with clientsEnsure KPIs and service standards are consistently achievedProactively identify and resolve issues to maintain excellent customer serviceEssential Skills and ExperienceStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organisational and time-management skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven ..... full job details .....
