Account Manager (Logistics)Location: Aylesbruy Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: 32,000An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Account Manager to join a growing business based in Aylesbury.This role will involve managing client relationships while coordinating day-to-day orders, deliveries, and fulfilment activity. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent service delivery and identifying opportunities to support account growth.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging and developing relationships with key clientsActing as the main point of contact for customer queries and requestsProcessing and managing daily 3PL orders and deliveries across multiple systemsBooking couriers and coordinating shipmentsHandling stock queries including transfers, damages, and tracking informationIdentifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling servicesOrganising and coordinating kitting projects, including quoting and invoicingLiaising with warehouse and goods-in teams regarding deliveriesResponding to emails and handling inbound/outbound callsRequirementsPrevious Account Management, Customer Service or Client Support experienceExperience within logistics, fulfilment, or supply chain would be advantageousStrong organisational and administrative skillsExcellent communication and relationship-building abilityComfortable working with multiple systems and managing a busy workloadWhat''s on OfferCompetitive salaryOpportunity to join a growing and supportive ..... full job details .....
