What you''ll be doing Managing and developing a portfolio of existing customers across the South West. Identifying and winning new maintenance contract opportunities. Growing revenue through repairs, upgrades and digital service solutions. Building strong customer relationships through regular meetings and service reviews. Working closely with operational teams to deliver excellent customer outcomes. Supporting contract renewals and retention activities to maintain long-term partnerships. Creating and managing a healthy sales pipeline to achieve growth targets. Acting as a trusted advisor to customers, identifying opportunities to add value and improve service performance.
