You''ll be responsible for managing and developing an existing portfolio of customers, building long-term relationships, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring clients gain maximum value from HALO i.S.''s cyber security portfolio. You''ll work closely with technical consultants to deliver tailored solutions while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and develop an existing portfolio of customer accounts.Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders across IT, Security, Risk and Compliance teams.Identify upsell, cross-sell and renewal opportunities.Conduct regular account reviews to understand customer objectives and future requirements.Present cyber security, risk and compliance solutions aligned to business needs.Prepare proposals alongside technical consultants.Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts ..... full job details .....
