Account Manager (NHS) - Birmingham - Hybrid Working (2 days per week in office) - £47kpa plus benefitsAn award-winning business operating within the healthcare and public sector market is looking for an Account Manager to join the team on a full-time, permanent basis.Please note: Proven experience managing NHS client accounts is an essential requirement for this role.As the Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio of NHS customer accounts with the goal of increasing revenue retention and growth, identifying opportunities for expansion and building long-term partnerships.Your key responsibilities as Account Manager will include:Managing and developing a portfolio of existing customer accounts.Developing and maintaining account plans, pipelines and customer engagement strategiesIdentifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling and account growthManaging contract renewals and retention initiativesWorking closely with the sales and marketing team on account strategy, new product rollouts and cross-sell campaignsSupport client onboarding and product adoptionUse CRM system (HubSpot) to manage account activity and commercial opportunitiesThe ideal candidate will have experience in a similar account management, customer success, client relationship management, B2B sales or business development role and must have experience managing NHS client accounts.
