This is an excellent opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant, Resourcer, Delivery Consultant or Candidate Manager who wants to remain within agency recruitment but focus on delivery and account management rather than sales. You''ll be joining a lively recruitment office where the pace is fast, the workload is varied and no two days are the same. Whilst you will be working alongside consultants in a sales-driven environment, this role does not involve generating new business, cold calling or sales targets. The successful candidate will manage existing accounts, source and engage candidates, coordinate interviews and ensure an exceptional experience for both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process. The Role Managing recruitment campaigns across a variety of commercial, professional services and office-based vacancies. Building strong relationships with existing clients and acting as a key point of contact throughout the recruitment process.
