Description

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Coordinate and oversee the delivery of media campaigns, ensuring they stay on track and on budget.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact.
• Identify opportunities to grow accounts and up sell additional services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns meet client objectives and expectations.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates and reports to clients.
• Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the course of a campaign.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to offer informed advice to clients.

Profile

A successful Account Manager should have:

• Experience managing client relationships in the media and agency industry.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills to handle multiple projects at once.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of media campaign planning and execution.
• Confidence using relevant tools and software for reporting and analysis.

Job Offer

• Salary of -30,000 to -40,000, dependent on the level of experience.
• Permanent position based in Guildford.
