Account Manager - Established Telecoms Business - 30-35k OTE 45-50KThe Opportunity An established Belfast-based telecommunications business is looking to hire an Account Manager to manage and grow an existing portfolio of approximately 900 customers.The role combines account management, sales and customer service, with a strong focus on building relationships and identifying upsell, cross-sell and renewal opportunities.Key responsibilities:Manage and develop an existing customer portfolio.Build strong relationships through regular phone contact.Identify renewal, upsell and cross-sell opportunities.Handle customer queries, billing issues and faults.Work alongside field-based sales colleagues on larger accounts.Manage your own workload and priorities.Ideal candidate:Previous account management and/or sales experience.Strong customer service skills.Comfortable dealing with customers at different levels.Location: Belfast City Centre Fully office-based Hours: 8:30-5 or 9-5:30, with an early finish on Fridays.
