This creative agency with offices in Harrogate is seeking to appoint an Account Manager for a 12-18-month maternity contract. As an Account Manager you will grow the business by building successful, long-term customer relationships. Your focus will be to satisfy customer needs and requests, responding to queries in a timely and professional manner, and deliver a positive customer experience. With excellent communication and negotiation skills, the successful Account Manager will be customer-service orientated and be able to join this team before the end of October. Ideally this role will be fully office based, however there is a degree of flexibility to working hours and working model, key responsibilities will include; Liaise across internal teams and customers directly via e-mail and telephoneMaintaining customer data Providing admin support to several accounts Act as the first point of contact for internal and external customersRegular meetings with team and 121''s with Line ManagerEnsuring correct pricing is maintained Processing and uploading ordersManaging stock returns Ensuring customer stock is always at an adequate level Updating product information Processing of returns and forwarding debit notes to Accounts for processingManaging customer accounts and compiling monthly summaries Producing bespoke customer reports, including sales and stock analysisWorking with a critical date path to plan and prepare for relevant customer product submissionsManaging your account ..... full job details .....
