Since launching the business during the pandemic, our client have seen consistent year on year growth within their specialist sector. Following this rapid growth and shifting market demands, they have identified a need for a newly created division which is why they seek to recruit an Account Manager to join their fast-paced team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys structured, process-driven work and thrives in a busy environment while building and maintaining relationships.This division works nationally, overseeing independent projects from start to finish within the construction sector. The role involves regular liaison with professionals on the ground, compliance tracking, and project coordination.Key Responsibilities:The role consists of 3 key areas, client and candidate management, candidate resourcing and business development. You will proactively identify new clients, manage relationships, and secure new opportunities within your sector. You will build and manage a network of professional candidates via your resourcing skills and will oversee the full process from brief to placement, including proposals, contracts, and aftercare for both client and candidate.Duties:Receiving and reviewing client briefs, onboarding new clients and issuing new customer forms.Preparing and sending out proposal packs.Managing an Excel tracker for each project - from enquiry through to fulfilment, invoicing, and ongoing aftercare.Engaging proactively with existing and prospective ..... full job details .....
