Account Manager – London. Up to 70,000 | 40 Hours per Week | Near Marylebone Station.We are seeking a high-performing Account Manager to lead a multi-outlet hospitality operation within a major professional services HQ near Marylebone Station. This is an exciting opportunity to build and shape a best-in-class offering from the ground up, working in a modern, client-facing environment with premium service expectations.About the Role:Hands-on leadership role overseeing a complex site that includes:A busy caf operation serving 1,200+ coffees dailyA high-volume restaurant serving breakfast/lunch at 600+ covers dailyMeeting room hospitality with VIP serviceA 6th-floor terrace used for evening hospitalityProfessional front-of-house and reception team, delivering seamless guest arrival and internal client support servicesYou''ll manage and coach the team to success, taking ownership of the entire client relationship, driving operational excellence and ensuring consistently high service levels across all touchpoints.Responsibilities

Full PandL and financial accountabilityBuild and lead a high-performing teamDeliver exceptional guest and client experience in a fast-paced, professional environmentManage logistics and service flow during peak timesEnsure a seamless reception and front-of-house service that reflects the client''s brand valuesOversee the planning and execution of events, both regular and ad hocBe proactive and solutions-driven, with a calm and confident presenceIdeal Candidate

Experienced in contract catering, premium hospitality, or complex FandB operationsStrong financial acumen - able to report, forecast, and control budgets effectivelyConfident communicator who builds strong client relationshipsHands-on leader with a track record of building new teams or launching new sitesWorking Hours
