Account Manager

My client, a well-established and successful manufacturing business, is looking to recruit an experienced Customer Services Account Manager to join their busy Customer Service/Internal Sales team.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in B2B customer account management, ideally gained within a manufacturing, engineering or technical environment.Key responsibilities include:- Account managing a portfolio of customer accounts and building strong client relationships.- Processing customer enquiries, quotations and purchase orders.- Liaising with planning, production, engineering and sales teams to ensure on-time deliveries.- Providing regular updates to customers regarding order progress and delivery schedules.- Coordinating customer feedback, complaints and returns.- Working with ERP/CRM systems to ensure accurate order processing.- Supporting the Customer Services Manager and deputising when required.The ideal candidate will have:- Previous experience in an Account Manager or Senior Customer Service role.- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.- Experience working within a manufacturing, engineering or technical environment.- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and ERP/CRM systems.- A proactive, customer-focused approach and excellent attention to detail.If you''re looking for your next opportunity with a reputable company where you can make a ..... full job details .....
