IrelandWe are offering an exciting opportunity to join a global leader in Animal Nutrition and Health (ANH). Reporting to the Sales Manager UK and Ireland, your role will cover the island of Ireland with some UK work whilst being based remotely and affiliated with the Premix site at Heanor, Derbyshire. This is a rare opportunity to join a vibrant team, with an established customer base, which you will maintain and add to. Animal Nutrition and Health have an unrivalled and diverse product portfolio, as a manufacturer of Vitamins, Performance Solutions and a unique Precision Services offering. You will have the opportunity to work with our expert nutritional species teams and have a relationship, and solutions based selling approach.

Your Key Responsibilities

Leading the Animal, Nutrition and Health Sales for a defined customer portfolio

Defining and executing the Sales targets for assigned customer portfolio across “Essential Products” “Performance Solutions” and “Precision Services” business lines

Defining and implementing individual customer plans across business lines

Sales excellence, including CRM excellence across assigned customer portfolio

Maintaining the relationship at the highest level and managing commercial tasks (e.g., contract management, credit limits, payment terms)

Collaborating closely with Performance Solutions Sales Managers and Technical Experts

Travel 60 days per year within the UK and Ireland including periods away from home will be expected

Ensure sufficient communication with all relevant stakeholders on all levels

Customer-first approach, turning ideas into impactful solutions

You bring

5 years’ experience as a nutritionist or account manager within a commercial or nutrition/health function

Academic background (minimum bachelor’s in animal nutrition and health, preferably a Master´s degree)

Interest in developing your knowledge of the animal nutrition and health market

A collaborative spirit – you’re at your best when working across teams, functions and countries

Creativity, drive, enthusiasm and a proactive flexible approach with a good work ethic
