This is an excellent opportunity to develop your commercial insurance career, managing and supporting a strong SME portfolio across a broad range of commercial insurance classes, with exposure to clients within the public sector. The opportunity You will be responsible for servicing an existing portfolio of clients, with a strong focus on client retention, account development and identifying cross-selling opportunities. The role would suit someone with existing commercial insurance experience, although the business is also open to candidates from high-volume personal lines, underwriting or claims backgrounds who can demonstrate strong client-facing skills and the potential to transition successfully into commercial broking. Responsibilties Preparing documentation for new customers, capturing their insurance requirements accurately. Obtaining renewal terms, researching suitable alternatives and preparing renewal information for Account Managers. Coordinating renewal quotations across an existing client portfolio. Handling mid-term adjustments and responding to client requirements. Managing insurer queries and confirming policy coverage.
