Account Manager
Duties:
- Taking client briefs and managing through to delivery
- Managing multiple timescales
- Liaising with suppliers
- Working with internal teams
- Processing orders
- Pre-empting and managing potential issues
- Updating clients-
- Demonstrable development of existing customer relationships
- Excellent computer skills to manage data using Excel and other programs
- Ability to manage marketing and point-of-sale briefs from concept to distribution, across multiple countries
- Experience working on complex accounts
- Understanding of production basics including design, artwork, print, fulfilment and distribution
