Account Manager
I am working with a client in Leeds, to recruit an experienced Account Manager to join a growing and successful organisation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building long-term client relationships, managing multiple stakeholder expectations, and ensuring a consistently high level of service delivery. The successful candidate will take ownership of a portfolio of client accounts, acting as the key point of contact while identifying opportunities to strengthen relationships, improve performance, and support business growth.This is a varied role that combines relationship management, commercial awareness, operational oversight and client engagement. Regular travel to client sites will be required.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and develop a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring a high standard of service delivery.Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders, becoming a trusted point of contact.Monitor account performance against agreed service levels and objectives.Identify opportunities for account growth and retention.Conduct regular client meetings and site visits to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns proactively.Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met efficiently and effectively.Support the implementation of account development plans and continuous improvement initiatives.Produce reports, updates and performance information for clients and senior management.Resolve issues promptly and professionally, ..... full job details .....
