Account Manager role available in South Birmingham, permanent, £30,000 per annum Your new company You will be working for a small organisation based in the South Birmingham area working as an Account Manager in a busy, customer-focused environment. You will join the team on a permanent basis. Your new role Within your role you will achieve and aim to exceed personal KPI targets, all centred around retention. You will work within a call-centre environment and communicate via inbound and outbound calls, email and live chat, so excellent communication and customer service skills are crucial for this role. You''ll aim to be a high-performing individual within your team and put all your efforts into providing expert advice, resolving queries, overcoming problems, increasing value, providing feedback and professionally handling any objections to help boost retention of your customers. You will work from a shared database, so accurate data entry and attention to detail is required.What you''ll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you must be comfortable and thrive within a call-centre environment due to heavy phone call work. Although previous call-centre experience is not essential, you must be able to demonstrate your ability during the interview.
