The key part of your role as an Account Manager will be: Sourcing prospective candidates using job boards, social media, Linkedin, and databasesEngaging candidates through proactive headhunting and targeted outreachConducting telephone interviews to establish suitability for various rolesWriting job adverts and managing responsesGenerating leads and supporting business development activityWorking towards clearly defined KPI''s and goalsLearning how to manage candidate pipelines for high-volume client accountsClient interaction, building and maintaining good working relationshipsNavigating portals and qualifying roles As an Account Manager you should have the following: Previous recruitment experience working in a fast-paced target driven environmentExperience presenting to internal stakeholdersEnergy, drive and ambitionBe able to work independently and as part of a team with a proactive attitudeConfident engaging communicatorGood attention to detail - Organised and able to prioritise activitiesResilient and ..... full job details .....
