Account Manager

At Gi Group we are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced On-Site Account Manager to join our team, who will be based at our client''s premises in Tamworth, Dordon. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about people, recruiting , and happy to build strong working relationships with the client and their team.

About the Role

As the On-Site Account Manager you will play a key role in supporting the daily recruitment and workforce operations onsite. The role is focused heavily on recruitment activity which includes attraction, advertising, pre-screening, interviewing, onboarding, and maintaining candidate pools to support our the fluid business needs.

You will work closely with both the client and workforce to ensure a high level of service delivery, while also tracking performance against KPIs and operational targets.

What you''ll need to succeed:

• Strong work ethic, persistence, and resilience, with a commitment to career development.
• Demonstrates ownership, taking personal responsibility for results, and leading by example.
• Builds excellent relationships with the client and internal/external stakeholders.
• Preference, previous Account Management experience.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to manage and cultivate relationships.
• Proficient in presenting KPI and industry data.
• Confident in written and spoken English, with knowledge of commercial mathematics.
• Time and workload management skills to optimise effectiveness and efficiency.
