The Role:Manage a portfolio of clients, building trusted, long-term relationships.Develop a thorough understanding of each client''s business, sites, operational requirements, and key contacts.Act as the primary contact for client queries, providing advice, support, and timely issue resolution.Prepare and review quotations, ensuring they meet approval processes and provide suitable options where necessary.Hold regular review meetings with clients, discussing service performance, KPIs, and opportunities for improvement.Carry out regular client visits to strengthen relationships ..... full job details .....
