Account Manager

Our Client is looking for an experienced, commercially minded Account Manager to lead client relationships across the agency. You will be the day-to-day strategic partner for a portfolio of clients, ensuring projects run smoothly, communication is exceptional and every client receives the high-quality, proactive service that defines our clients Experience. This is a varied role covering the full breadth of The Clients offering, including performance marketing, paid media, SEO, social media, creative, branding, websites, software, AI enablement and digital transformation. Previous experience in a marketing, creative or digital agency is strongly preferred. The role As an Account Manager, you will own the relationship between The Client and your clients. You will understand their business, commercial goals, challenges and opportunities, then bring together the right people across the agency to deliver work that creates a genuine impact. You will manage multiple retained and project-based accounts, keeping delivery organised, clients informed and teams aligned. This is not simply an administrative role.
