Account Manager (Freight Operations) Heathrow £40,000 - £50,000 + Bonus + Training + Progression + Benefits Are you an Account Manager or similar, with a background in freight operations, looking for a highly autonomous role within a leading global logistics business? Are you looking to join an incredibly supportive business who prioritise employee progression and development, offering impressive inhouse training from industry experts? In this role, you will be the main point of contact for customers, responsible for the full lifecycle of airfreight operations, from initial inquiry through to delivery. You will support both quotes and pricing, alongside bookings management and internal coordination, through to customs clearance and delivery arrangements. Finally, you will be responsible for shipment costing and final invoicing. This role would suit an Account Manager or similar, with a background in freight, having prior experience managing the full lifecycle of freight operations within both imports and exports.
