Account Manager - Direct Mail

Account Manager Direct Mail West Yorkshire (office-based) Salary between £35,000 - £45,000 We are working with a well-established and growing organisation in the direct mail sector, with a turnover more than £30 million. As part of their continued investment and expansion, they are now looking to appoint experienced Account Managers/Client Services People with a background in direct mail. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for:Managing and developing existing client accounts across retail, membership, leisure, ensuring exceptional service and long-term partnerships.Overseeing direct mail campaigns from initial brief through to delivery.Liaising with internal teams on data, print, and mailing requirements.Advising clients on ways to maximise the effectiveness of their campaigns.Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. For your application to be successful, you will need to have:Proven experience in account management within direct mail.A solid understanding of direct mail production processes.Knowledge of postage and mailing logistics (advantageous).Strong organisational and communication skills.A proactive, client-focused approach with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
