Account Manager
DarcyBrook is seeking a commercially driven Account Manager to champion our expanding client portfolio. Key ResponsibilitiesClient Growth: Serve as the primary daily contact for key accounts, driving revenue growth through new product ranges and seasonal expansions.Project Delivery: Lead the full New Product Development lifecycle, translating client briefs into realities by coordinating creative teams and timelines.Commercial Control: Oversee pricing, contractual agreements, and negotiations to maximise competitiveness while protecting profit margins.Cross-Functional Operations: Collaborate with external suppliers and internal teams (logistics, finance, marketing) to ensure all project deadlines and specifications are met.Strategic Support: Assist company directors with broader international business development initiatives.What You BringIndustry Background: Experience in account or project management within the FMCG or consumer goods sector, ideally working with major retailers.Commercial Acumen: Strong negotiation skills with a solid understanding of marginsProject Expertise: Highly organised and proactive, with the ability to navigate complex, multi-stage product rollouts simultaneously.Communication: A confident relationship-builder who can effectively engage and influence senior stakeholders. ..... full job details .....
