Are you an experienced Account Manager with experience working within Cyber Security, looking to step into a lead role that will provide you with bespoke training and clear long-term progression opportunities in a well-established, market leading Managed Service Provider?

In this role, the successful IT Support Engineer will be at forefront of building and maintaining strong client relationships. You will be working closely with key client stakeholders to deliver key information systems and evaluate IT infrastructure to identify risks and present solutions that improve business efficiency and growth.

This role would suit an Account Manager who has some knowledge of Cyber Security, looking to take the next step in their career with a customer-facing, hybrid role.

The Role

Oversee all technology operations

Liaise with clients and technical teams as their main point of contact

Support clients with technical advice on IT strategy

Deliver key information systems and evaluate IT infrastructure to identify risks and present solutions

Monday to Friday, flexible working hours

Hybrid working hours
