Location : Nationwide (One - Two Days per month in either London or Newark)
Salary: -55,000 - -65,000 base + Double Salary OTE + car allowance
My client is a leading Managed Services Provider delivering innovative solutions across cloud, connectivity, cybersecurity, and managed services. They support some of the UK''s most critical sectors and offer strategic insight, technical excellence, and a consultative approach that puts the customer first.
As an Account Manager, you''ll take full ownership of a portfolio of high-value customers where you will build trusted relationships, driving growth, and deliver strong business outcomes. You''ll be their go-to advisor, helping them navigate complex digital challenges with confidence.
What You''ll Be Doing
- Grow and develop customer accounts through strategic conversations and solution selling.
- Build long-term, trusted relationships with key stakeholders across your accounts.
- Understand each client''s digital strategy and represent their needs across the business.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure delivery, resolve issues, and identify new opportunities.
- Maintain accurate pipelines, forecasts, and account development plans in Salesforce.
- Lead regular account reviews, QBRs, and present opportunities internally and externally.
- Actively engage with vendors and partners to enhance value and drive growth.
Your Impact Will Be Measured By:
- Hitting and exceeding revenue and growth targets.
- Maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Developing well-documented account plans and accurate forecasts.
- Leading successful proposals and complex bids.
- Contributing to team knowledge sharing and company initiatives.
What You''ll Bring:
- Proven experience in IT sales and corporate account management.
- Strong understanding of cloud, networking, cybersecurity, and UC&C.
- A track record of consistently hitting targets and expanding accounts.
- Skilled in building relationships, spotting opportunities, and driving value.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including C-level engagement.
- Comfortable working autonomously and managing your own time and pipeline.
- Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the UK when needed
- Excellent communication skills, a sharp eye for detail, and the confidence to work independently and decisively.
- Presenting to senior stakeholders
