• Building trusted relationships with clients and suppliers
• Spotting opportunities to grow accounts and add value
• Keeping everything running smoothly - from job instructions to invoicing

• A background in client services or account management (print/mailing experience is a bonus)
• A natural flair for organisation and multitasking
• A customer-first attitude and a drive to exceed expectations
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
