Role: Account Manager - Project / Campaign Management
Location: North Nottingham (working with a range of clients)
Salary: Negotiable 27k-40k (dependent on experience and client )
Are you an experienced service driven Account Manager or Project Manager with a background in marketing, client services, logistics, or fulfilment?
We''re working with several successful and growing businesses in North Nottingham who are looking for service driven Account Managers to support local and national clients with campaign delivery, project management, and end-to-end customer service.
As an Account Manager, you''ll be responsible for:
- Managing client projects from the initial brief through to final delivery
- Preparing quotations and project timelines
- Sourcing materials and liaising with internal teams and external suppliers
- Coordinating logistics, production, and dispatch
- Delivering exceptional client service and regular progress updates
- Maintaining accurate records using CRM systems and Excel
- Monitoring and managing project budgets
What We''re Looking For
- Experience in Account Management, Project Management, or Campaign Delivery
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Background in marketing, fulfilment, or logistics (desirable)
- Confidence working with multiple departments and third-party suppliers
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Excel
- Commercial awareness with strong problem-solving ability
