We re seeking a proactive and customer-focused Account Manager to oversee a £600,000 portfolio across the Cambridge area. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and growing FM company where you ll play a key role in maintaining and developing strong client relationships, managing contract performance, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of cleaning contracts worth approx. £600,000 across multiple client sites. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded. Lead, support, and develop site-based cleaning teams to deliver outstanding service. Conduct regular site audits and ensure all operations comply with health and safety and company standards. Monitor contract performance and drive continuous improvement in service delivery. Handle staffing matters including recruitment, training, and performance reviews. Identify opportunities for contract growth or added value services. Requirements Proven experience in facilities management, specifically within contract cleaning. Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
