Account Manager Customer and Sales Management

Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of approximately 400 B2B customer accounts through proactive outbound engagement, primarily via phone, as well as email and other channels Build strong, long-term customer relationships to drive loyalty, increase spend, and deliver consistent sales growth Take ownership of high-value accounts, identifying opportunities to expand product usage and maximise customer value Use a creative and proactive approach to engage key decision-makers and uncover new commercial opportunities Accurately record all customer interactions and maintain up-to-date, actionable account information within CRM systems Prepare and follow up on quotations, working towards both individual and team sales targets Re-engage dormant accounts and grow existing customers through effective cross-selling and upselling strategies Experience and Knowledge Proven experience in a ..... full job details .....
