Account Manager - Cardiff (Hybrid - 3 days onsite) - 35,000 + Uncapped Commission (OTE 65,000+) CPS Group are supporting a fast-growing software consultancy in Cardiff with the recruitment of two Account Managers to join their expanding commercial team. This isn''t a new business sales role. Instead, you''ll inherit a portfolio of established clients, building long-term relationships, identifying opportunities to expand existing accounts, and becoming a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders. If you enjoy developing accounts rather than cold prospecting, this could be the perfect opportunity. The Role Managing and growing a portfolio of existing client accounts. Building relationships with C-Suite and senior stakeholders across public and private sector organisations. Identifying opportunities to expand existing services and generate additional revenue. Working closely with technical delivery teams to ensure excellent customer outcomes. Producing account plans, revenue forecasts and pipeline updates. Essential Experience Proven experience in Account Management, Client Success or Customer Success within a software, technology or IT services environment. A demonstrable track record of growing existing customer accounts and exceeding commercial targets. Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and translating business challenges into technology solutions.
