Managing a corporate client with 5 sites in central Aberdeen you will be responsible cleaning operations leadership duties including recruitment, training, staff management, audits, Health and Safety and client relationship building. What You''ll Receive Competitive salary of £26,000-£30,000 Company Car or Car Allowance 35 days'' holiday (including Bank Holidays) Bonus Key Responsibilities Management of 56 cleaning staff across 5 corporate locations Managing 3 shift patterns from Monday to Friday between 6am and 9pm Regular client liaison: plan and implement a visitation programme to monitor cleaning standards and client satisfaction at each site, via the Quality Service Level Indicator/ECAT procedure.
