Why we need this role We are strengthening support for our largest and most complex global customers by introducing a Senior Sales Associate role. This role focuses on providing deep commercial, operational, and stakeholder support to a small number of top-tier, high-value accounts, partnering closely with Account Executives (AEs) to deliver consistent revenue growth, strong customer outcomes, and a best in class customer experience. The Senior Sales Associate manages increased complexity, scale, and senior level engagement while remaining an individual contributor role, with no people management or hierarchical responsibility over Sales Associates. The Senior Sales Associate focuses on: Supporting the AE in managing large, complex, and global customers Owning and driving high value and complex commercial activities Engaging with senior customer stakeholders and internal leadership Ensuring rigorous execution across renewals, rerates, and transactional activity for strategic accounts This role is well suited for a commercially experienced sales professional who thrives in complex customer environments and enjoys operating as a trusted partner to both customers and AEs.
