We''re looking for an experienced Account Manager to join a well-established organisation in Chippenham, managing key client relationships, maximising account potential and ensuring consistently high service standards.

Working closely with the Account Director, you''ll take ownership of client relationships, ensuring accounts run smoothly while identifying opportunities for growth.

The Role:

• Building strong client relationships and acting as the main point of contact for queries and issues
• Leading client meetings and quarterly reviews, ensuring actions are followed through
• Monitoring service performance and working with internal teams to resolve issues
• Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and increase revenue
• Managing client pricing, billing, invoicing and commercial documentation
• Maintaining accurate forecasts, trackers and account performance reports
• Working with colleagues to improve processes and enhance the client experience

About You:

• Experience in account management, client services or a similar customer-facing role
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong attention to detail, particularly around financial processes and reporting
• Confidence managing client expectations and resolving problems
• The ability to spot opportunities for account growth
• Experience using CRM systems, billing platforms or forecasting tools
• A proactive approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

• Salary of up to -30,000 per annum
• Hybrid working (working from home two days a week)
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays
• Free on-site parking
• Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 37.5 hours
