Account Manager / Client Service Coordinator
Our client is currently seeking an Account Manager to support the ongoing delivery of client service and logistics-related processes.This is an excellent opportunity for a competent, personable, and organised individual to support Senior Account Managers. Previous experience in all of the responsibilities listed below is not essential, as full training will be provided.Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):Supporting client service processes, including returns management and reportingUsing order processing systems and softwareBooking and distributing orders to major retailersLiaising with clients as required and managing requests through to resolutionProviding excellent client support throughout the order journey via the WMS systemResolving client queries via email and telephoneUsing courier portals to generate AWB labels with a high level of accuracy and attention to detailAnswering incoming telephone callsCategorising and managing email enquiriesReceiving, processing, and communicating client requestsWorking closely with Account Managers, Client Services, Logistics, Warehouse, and Accounts teams to ensure smooth operational processes and clear communication across the businessExperience and Skills:Previous experience in a distribution or logistics environment would be advantageousExperience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) would be beneficialStrong communication and organisational skillsExcellent attention to detail and the ability to manage ..... full job details .....
