Experience within the courier, logistics, freight or transport industry would be highly advantageous. However, we also welcome applications from candidates with strong B2B account management or customer relationship experience gained in other sectors. The Role Working closely with Sales, Customer Service and Operations, you''ll become the main point of contact for your own portfolio of customers, ensuring they receive an excellent service while identifying opportunities to strengthen and grow each account.
