Due to continued growth, they are looking for an Account Manager / Relationship Manager to join the team and manage a portfolio of commercial customers across a defined territory.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Key Account Manager, Client Relationship Manager, Customer Success Manager, Territory Account Manager, Field Account Manager or similar who enjoys being out meeting customers, building long-term relationships and delivering an exceptional level of service.This is a highly field-based position, with around 4 days per week spent visiting customer sites across the territory. You''ll predominantly work with customers within the care sector (around 70%), alongside hospitality clients including hotels and other large commercial sites.THE ACCOUNT MANAGER ROLE:Managing and developing relationships with an established portfolio of commercial customers across your territorySpending approximately 4 days per week in the field visiting customer sitesBuilding strong, long-term relationships with key contacts and decision-makersConducting regular account reviews and customer meetingsDelivering customer training and providing ongoing support following installationTaking ownership of customer ..... full job details .....
