Account Manager

This is a hybrid working pure Account Manager role – 100% existing business – no cold calling, no sales admin. You’ll be given a portfolio of high-profile accounts from day one and supported by an Account Executive to help with admin and order processing.

You will be joining the team of a climate-neutral, established, and rapidly growing corporate promotional gift and branded merchandising company, working exclusively with top-tier global clients across sectors including Investment Banking, Financial Services, Beauty, Retail, Automotive, Leisure, and Telecoms.

 

What You''ll Be Doing as Account Manager:

- Nurture and grow relationships with HR, Marketing and Procurement contacts.
- Expand contacts and spend within existing client business.
- Deliver on client briefs, ensuring high quality service and creative solutions.
- Use HubSpot CRM to manage pipeline and activities.

 

What We’re Looking for in an Account Manager:

- Proven B2B Account Management experience.
- Confident managing global or high-profile corporate clients.
- Comfortable dealing with senior stakeholders in HR, Marketing and Procurement.
- Proactive, collaborative, and highly organised.
- Comfortable with CRM systems (HubSpot ideal) and MS Office 365.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
