Working across our trusted local newspaper, quarterly glossy magazine, and 24/7 digital platforms, you''ll play a key role in helping businesses connect with highly engaged local audiences through effective print and digital advertising solutions. About the Role As an Account Manager, you''ll work closely with SMEs across Coventry and Rugby, building strong relationships and acting as a trusted marketing advisor. You''ll identify business needs, develop tailored advertising solutions, and help clients maximise their marketing investment through our extensive multimedia offering. This is a varied role combining telephone, Zoom and face-to-face meetings, with responsibility for both managing existing accounts and generating new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Identify customer needs through effective questioning and recommend suitable print and digital advertising solutions. Research businesses to create tailored proposals and marketing recommendations.
