Account Manager - Telecommunications Salary: 30,000- 35,000 (depending on experience) + Uncapped Commission About the Role We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join a growing telecommunications business. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded professional with a proven track record in account management, business development or B2B sales within the telecoms or technology sector. You''ll be responsible for managing an established portfolio of business customers, building long-term relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring clients receive outstanding service. Acting as the primary point of contact, you''ll help customers maximise the value of their telecoms solutions while driving revenue and customer retention. Key Responsibilities Manage and develop an existing portfolio of business customers. Identify opportunities to grow revenue through cross-selling and upselling telecommunications, connectivity, mobile and related business solutions. Build strong, long-term customer relationships by understanding each client''s business objectives and future requirements. Deliver a high standard of account management, ensuring customer enquiries and service issues are managed efficiently and professionally. Conduct regular account reviews to identify contract renewal opportunities, service improvements and additional solutions.
