Role: Account Manager Salary: Competitive plus Travel Allowance Job Status: Full Time/ Permanent Location: London Vacancy Reference: VR/05468 Role Description: We are recruiting on behalf of an established, independent Facilities Management provider for an experienced Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of sites across London. This is a multi-site operational role with responsibility for the delivery of cleaning and soft FM services, managing site-based teams and maintaining strong day-to-day relationships with clients. Working closely with the Regional Manager, you will take ownership of operational performance across your portfolio, ensuring services are delivered to the required standards while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. The Role: Key responsibilities will include: Managing the operational delivery of cleaning and soft FM services across multiple London sites Leading, supporting and developing site-based cleaning teams Maintaining strong relationships with clients and conducting regular review meetings Monitoring contract performance and ensuring agreed service levels are achieved Carrying out regular site audits and following through on improvement actions Managing performance across operational teams Working effectively with supply chain partners Ensuring high standards of Health and Safety and compliance across all sites Identifying training needs and supporting team development Driving continuous improvement and practical service ..... full job details .....
