Account Manager

We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Account Manager who thrives on building strong customer relationships, spotting commercial opportunities and winning new business. This is a high-impact role where you ll take ownership of an established customer portfolio while also driving new revenue through qualified inbound leads and proactive sales activity. Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximise account value. Convert qualified inbound and marketing-generated leads into new business. Own the full sales journey, from initial conversation through to close and successful onboarding. Act as a trusted advisor, understanding customer challenges and recommending solutions that deliver real value. Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurate revenue forecasts. Keep CRM records accurate and up to date, ensuring excellent sales discipline. Collaborate with marketing, SDRs and internal teams to maximise commercial opportunities.
