Account Manager

Are you an experienced Account Manager with a background in Facilities Management and contract delivery? We’re recruiting for an Account Manager to oversee FM services across key healthcare sites in Greater Manchester.

This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of client relationships, operational performance and service delivery across a high-profile contract, working across sites within a relatively compact geographical area.

The Role
 
As the Account Manager, you will:

• Take ownership of FM service delivery across multiple healthcare sites.
• Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Manage contract performance, service standards and KPIs.
• Work closely with operational teams to ensure effective service delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure contractual, compliance and operational requirements are achieved.

About You
 
To be successful as the Account Manager, you’ll have:

• Previous experience in account, contract or facilities management.
• Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing operational service delivery and contract performance.
• Good commercial awareness and understanding of KPIs.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience within healthcare, FM or another complex service environment would be advantageous.
